Re: State CE Annuity Table due to Effective Dates
Please, see below the revised State CE Annuity Table.
Insurance Agents who hold a life insurance or variable annuity line of authority in a state listed within State CE Annuity Table below, and have a desire to sell Annuities (including Reserve Fund Annuities), will be required to complete an annuity specific Continuing Education (CE) course. This training is required of both resident and nonresident Agents.
Any Agent, General Agent, or Managing General Agent who fails to complete the course by the states deadline will not be permitted to engage in the sale of annuities until completing the training.
All newly appointed Agents will be required to submit a copy of their Continuing Education credits for all Annuity products before their appointment will be processed.
