I'm back in the office today after being snowed in yesterday. I think we got somewhere around 8-9 inches. It was a pretty big storm for so early on in the season. I wonder if that's evidence of things to come.........................guess we'll see.
While I'm posting commission transactions getting ready to send your commission checks out I can't help but highlight one that just stands out - way out! It's a renewal (or should I say continual level commission) for Mrs. "W" on her Medicare Supplement plan that was issued 1/1/1988 - yep it's going into it's 20th year on the books. Mrs. "W" is now 91 - she was 71 when we first got her coverage. I have come to know her name well............I've spoken to her many times and she knows us all here in the office too.
Basically what I'm getting at is that it's all about the relationships we build here with our Senior customers and their families! The really appreciate it and it shows in the fact that there are many who have kept their policies for 15-20 years. It's not always about who is a couple bucks a month cheaper! It's about who will be there for them when they need help or have questions - that'd be us! We've been doing it for 25 years! Let us help you build great relationships with your senior clients and keep them on the books for a long time too!
