Customer Testimonials

Some agencies have plaques and statues displayed as a testimony of their achievements.

We at LRC have those too, but these "people plaques" are far more important to us.  We have more but these are just a few to share with you.

Copies of original letters which were sent in are available upon request.

Thank you very much for your kindness three times in the past I had surgery and I kept on getting bills for different amounts of money.  This made me crazy because I didn't know what to do.  Every day I had more bills and I feld sick again.  I called you and asked what I should do.  You told me to send in all my bills.  I asked you how you can take care of this and you said "this is my job."

I want to bless you with good health and good luck in your life and in your work.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Jelena

Dear Mr. Concklin,

Hereby I enclose the laboratory bills as you advised me, this morning to send to you.  I Sidney is quite ill and I am more or less in charge, which makes it difficult on me, as I'm not well either.

I thank you so much for your kind assistance, and will follow your instructions.  You are always so kind it is a pleasure to talk to you.

Fondest regards,

Henriette, NY

Dear LRC & Associates Claims Experts,

First:  this is to express my profound and ongoing gratitude for your gracious, effecient, and expert help in processing the claims of both myself and my wife (who also has a FUALIC policy, both of our policies having been sold to us by Jack Halpern).

I am (as your records show) eighty years old.  Until Jack Halpern brought LRC and FUALIC into our lives, it seemed that I was engaged in a never-ending billing battle with Medicare and the various physicians we have used.  I am a writer and I could have written a novel in the time I wasted on letters and phone calls to Medicare.  Of the dozens of such, I cannot recall ever having had a courteous reply (much less a reply at all) to most of my letters to Medicare.  Thank heavens that that's over!

Second:  several weeks ago in desperation I sent you a billing that completely baffled me.  You immediately sent me your notice "About your claim!"  The copies of the Medicare EOB sheets your requested on my behalf have just today arrived in the mail.  So I'm passing them along herewith.

Let me guess that you must be as puzzled as I am (and many others like me amoung your policy-holders) at the ludicrous double-billing, concurrent billing for the same service from two different agencies withing the ames umbrella-care service organizations (Beth Israel is the works), and other such deplorable practices.  Also, given the complexities of health sevice code numbers, I presume that medical schools mus now have special courses in coded billing.

So, here are the EOB sheets (copies) you kindly requested on my behalf.  And, again, a grateful tip of the hat from someone who is truly weary of treading water in the undertow of medical billings.

Thanks a Million,

James T. Maher, New York, NY

Dear Ron,

I want to thank you for your help in solving a serious problem for myself and my young secretary of 46 years.

As you advised I am enclosing a check for $913 to cover a premium for the next year (2/1/95).  Please arrange for a receipt to be sent.

It is refreshing in this day and age to speak to someone who will give you straight-forward answer and advice.  We thank you.

Gloria Scherma & Ron Concklin:

You have made a very difficult time a little nicer with your sympathy on the loss of my mother, Shirley....  I havent come in touch with all caring people, the ..... company's only concern was where the final bill would be going.

My mom was a wonderful lady, who would always pay her bills, which I now am also trying to clear up any of her bills, because that's the way she would want it.  Enclosed is her certificate of death.

God Bless You,

Dear Ron,

Before I go on as to anything else - I must tell you what a pleasure it is "to do business" with you.  I have found you always professional, knowledgeable, thorough and caring in your dealings with Joe and me and DC Sales.  I hope this relationship continues for many years to come.

Thank you so much for the birthday greetings and magnificent pland and everything else!!  Joe and I are so fond of you and consider you as an extension of our own family.

With love and best wishes to you and your precious family.

Dear Ron,

I was looking through my birthday greeting cards and, as usual, my relatives and friends were very good about remembering the date.  But your birthday greeting was a new one for me - really, the first of it's kind that I've ever received - Thank you!

In addition, you did give me a present that you don't know anything about.  After you obliged me to put my accurate weight on the application, I started a nutritious, low fat diet and lost the five pounds that had been irritating me.  Now all my waistbands fit again!

I'm sure I'll be coming to you on some insurance matters in the future.  In the meantime, Bill and I send you our best regards.
