As of 11/2011 we are now able to fax in completed Medicare Supplement applications/forms under the following conditions:

1) Payment mode must be check-o-matic.  (Direct-Bill modes must still be mailed in with checks).

2) If you are looking for an immediate (within a week of faxing in the application) effective date then we need a note from applicant authorizing the company to draft 2 months up-front.

3) If the account is a business account then:  A) The applicant must be an owner of the business B) Submit The Company Bank Draft Validation Form also.

My dad and I would like to wish you a very happy Thanksgiving.
 
We'll be heading out to the Poconos to my brother Ed's campground for the festivities.  Since that park is now closed we'll be able to break out the mini-bikes, ATV's and his very special souped-up golf cart.  The kids (of all ages) usually get a campfire going and take turns blasting around the campground's gravel roads  while occasionally  making an illegal U-Turn in the woods.
 
After horsing around outside in the cold, crisp mountain air for a few hours,there's nothing better than the warm smell of turkey and the other traditional goodies hitting you smack in the face when ......

Please, see below the revised State CE Annuity Table. 

Insurance Agents who hold a life insurance or variable annuity line of authority in a state listed within State CE Annuity Table below, and have a desire to sell Annuities (including Reserve Fund Annuities), will be required to complete an annuity specific Continuing Education (CE) course.  This training is required of both resident and nonresident Agents.
